Fiorenzato redefines gravimetric grinding with its XGI system. The F83 E XGI and F83 E XGI Pro has a scale at the bottom of the unit and weighs the entire grinder to produce your desired weight of coffee grounds. The results? Accurate dosing.

If time-based grinding is more your technique, the F83 Electronic and F83 E Pro offer reliable performance and impressive consistency at a lower price point. All the grinders in the F83 lineup come with a touchscreen centre where you can set your ideal weight for a single, double, and even triple dose.

Easy maintenance

The Pro variants of the Fiorenzato F83 grinders are designed to be easy to clean. On either side of the hoppers, you’ll find a quick-release latch. These will allow you to lift off the hopper and get into the grinding chamber without having to unscrew anything plus you get to keep your grind setting! With such easy access to the grinding chamber, daily cleaning will take only a fraction of the time it used to.

PuqPress compatibility

PuqPress is an automatic tamper that allows you to tamp with consistency across all doses and staff. Just set the pressure you want for your dose and tamp away. The Fiorenzato F83 Pro grinders are compatible with the PuqPress automatic tampers and can be assembled right on top of them.
